General Terms and Conditons

§ 1 General

The Brigitte Lohr & Dorothee Dade GbR, Hinsbeker Berg 20, 22399 Hamburg, Germany, operates an online shop at www.petitcalin.de (the “Shop”). All orders placed by you via the Shop as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions set out below, as applicable at the time the order is placed. We do not accept any diverging terms and conditions from the customer except where specifically agreed in writing.

§ 2 Contracts

1. The languages available for contracts are German and English.
2. Information on goods and prices are subject to change and not-binding. The presentation of products on our Website does not constitute any offer for a purchase contract.
3. By submitting the order via the button “confirm order” you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement with us.
4. On receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and stating the details of your order (order confirmation). Please note that our order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your contractual offer but serves for information purposes only.
5. A purchase contract between you and us will become effective only after we have accepted the offer by dispatching the goods ordered. If payment in advance was chosen as payment option, the goods will be dispatched only after the full amount has been credited to our account.

§ 3 Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt.

How to return:
Write an email to service@petitcalin.de an let us know your returns request. You will receive a replay via email from our Service Team with all information you need.

Return conditions:
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Once the return has been checked you will receive an email regarding the rturned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

• The refund is always credited to the payment metod with which the original purchase was made.
• The refund is always redited to the same currenca as the original purchase.
• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
• The time it takes to eceive your refund depends on the payment method.
