You can pick up your order at our studio without cost. Please contact us by e-mail or give us a call.

 

Shipping

We ship our products with DHL. Unless otherwise agreed, we will ship the order to the address provided by the buyer within 2 to 5 business days. In case of prepayment, shipping will proceed once the full purchase price has been credited to our account.

For non-EU customers, all prices on the product pages of our shop are net prices. Any value added tax applicable in the recipient’s country shall be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the delivery. Furthermore, additional costs incurred by customs duties on imports shall also be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the ordered product.

If the product is returned, the buyer shall bear the direct costs for reshipment.
